Here are the underprivileged children of Schaaphok School in the Waterberg area of Limpopo receiving a vital lesson in how to keep their young teeth clean.
 
At a special dental health awareness day organised by local Legend Sport & Educational Foundation, the 21 youngsters received crucial information to help them fight tooth decay.

THE orphaned white rhino tenderly nuzzles his giant head into the shoulder of his conservationist carer Natasha Nienaber as the faithful friends prepare to say their goodbyes.
 
It is a bitter-sweet moment for South African animal expert Natasha, who has tended to her young charge every day since his arrival at the Entabeni Safari Conservancy in the Waterberg area of Limpopo in May this year.

THEY put up a valiant fight, pitting their female wits and pristine putting skills against their male counterparts on “Africa's Best Golf Course”.
 
But in the Battle of the Sexes Pro-Am sponsored by Castle Lite and Sarita, only one sex could emerge victorious in the gender war played out at the five star Legend Golf & Safari Resort at the heart of the Big 5 Entabeni Safari Conservancy, Limpopo.
And for the second year running, it was the 10-strong male team who scooped the prestigious Battle of the Sexes Trophy.

A JAPANESE business has thrown its support behind the conservation work at Africa's most exciting golf and safari resort with a generous R5000 donation.

Film company Riso Africa previously presented Legend Golf & Safari Resort's rare breed wildlife centre with a solar-powered surveillance camera. The big cat spy cam was fitted into the roof of a birthing den on one of the centre's innovative “lion islands” to allow animal experts to monitor the recent birth of three tawny cubs to first-time Mum Precious, the 27-month-old lioness.
