Legend Golf & Safari Resort Villages

As part of the resort development four small "villages" will be created.  These will provide accommodation to golfers and holiday makers in a  community setting and  ensure that all market segments are catered for on the resort.

Village units will be sold to potential buyers with the option to form part of the rental pool scheme with certain financial benefits, similar to that of the housing rental pool scheme.
