Legend Hospitality School

Lehan Botha and his team not only train the best hospitality students but they go all out to give their team the chance to shine at real events.
The Legend Hospitality School is a joint venture between Legend Lodges, Hotels & Resorts and the Food and Beverage Institute and is based at Zebra Country Lodge near Pretoria.
Students live on premises in the secure environment of the Estate and all classes and practical training take place at Zebra Country Lodge unless otherwise organised externally.
The school not only trains students in all aspects of the hospitality industry, but it also guarantees all students placement on six-month experiential training available at the discretion of management at one of the magnificent properties of the Legend Lodges, Hotels & Resorts group.
We offer a variety of hospitality courses all accredited by City & Guilds International & the London Business Chamber of Commerce & Industry Qualifications Board.
Some events the school has been involved with include the 2008 Oyster Festival at Brightwater Commons and the 2008 Miss World pageant where students helped teach more than 100 contestants to cook traditional African dishes over the course of six days.
Oh ... and then there was the celebrity Miss World Gala Dinner at Legend Golf & Safari resort with a menu including: Chicken and Chorizo terrine with a pepper coulis and pickled cucumber plus a buffet with whole roasted pepper fillet, lamb loin with an herb crust and salmon and prawn Thai curry.
